Seal kit CP2696-6RK contains the cross feed seals if you do not need them then (if you do not take the caliper apart) you could use CP4518-K which just has the pressure seals.

Front brake fluid distributor

The original Kawasaki t-piece was adapted by Kruisinga Motoren, the only distributor for Rickman in the Netherlands. 
Brake line connectors look like Goodridge. Not sure those brake lines were available at the time.

Polishing parts

The parts look great in black, but i want them back to original.

Paint stripper, Brillo, polishing, lots of work.

Parts are starting to look nice after 20+ hours of work.

- Thread : 3/8" x 24UNF.

Caliper clamping bolts

high tensile bolt, 2 needed per caliper

The caliper is designed not to be stripped, If you have stripped the caliper you will need to change the bolts as they are special parts and designed only to be used once.


These bolts are 8.8 grade and are 3/8" UNF Esloc.

This means the bolt has Loctite on it instead of having to put liquid Loctite to secure the bolt in the alloy body.

The torque for these bolts is 30lfs/ft. (40.7Nm)

These pistons are alloy pistons as the steel ones are no longer produced.
